Feeding & Airway
When feeding and airway conditions are properly addressed, a child’s sleep patterns can often improve organically.
Poor sleep is often a symptom

Approximately 80% of the sleep issues we deal with as Sleep Parenting coaches are related to sleep science (schedules, wakeful windows, overtiredness), and parenting (how we respond, routines).
However, the remaining 20% are often related to underlying medical issues, which can cause poor sleep in babies and toddlers.
What are we talking about?
Reflux
Obstructive sleep apnea
Poor latch
Lip/tongue ties
Food intolerances
Asthma
And more.
ALL can indirectly influence sleep in our little ones and when addressed by the appropriate specialists, have the potential to improving sleep organically.
